Probably for people wondering if being a VA is a good for themselves, there are better companies but this is the easiest you can get into.

Cons

A lot of red flags. Due process for employees is thrown out, in fact, CoC (Code of Conduct) & company policies aren't there and no one is able to create one. No Safety Officers. No disaster or preparedness plans. They keep hiring people but don't know where to put them. A lot of wrongful termination cases but they keep changing their company name/profile to avoid cases.
