      Pros

      READS has teachers and administrators who truly believe in collaboration and in supporting each other, in order to be able to put the development of the children we teach first. I have worked there for 3 years, and I am currently battling Cancer. They have been nothing but supportive and accommodating given my treatment. I feel very lucky to be working here.

      Cons

      You have to be able to deal with the unexpected calmly and professionally, it can be upsetting and overwhelming.
