      Pros

      Very professional colleagues. Many professional experts work in RCM, which would be helpful for you to either working with or learning from team works. Value people's value. Colleagues do appreciate the value that each investment ideas that you presented.

      Cons

      Like all the big firms, political problem may happened. Some projects or relationship might be influenced by the company's political problems or teammates political problems.

      Pros

      Good opportunity for investment professionals, such as analysts and portfolio managers, global firm possible opportunities at other offices, good benefits, generally nice people and located in San Francisco.

      Cons

      I would not refer someone to RCM in Sales, Marketing or Client Service unless you are hired on at a senior management level there is very little growth/advancement.
