      Pros

      Company gives you the latitude to manage your projects how you best see fit. No micromanagement. Interesting diversity of projects in varying industries. The office has a good feel. Very calm.

      Sometimes company wide goals are unclear.

      Pros

      Small company, good niche of the market captured. Better for older and established employees in a sense of role.

      Cons

      Micromanagement by some and no clear path to promoting which is partly caused by the company not having official job titles. Feels like a way to get people to do more while paying less.

      Complex Projects Other Managers are very experienced Lean Business model allows you to progress quickly from PE to PM if you have the want to grow. Profit Sharing / Defined Benefit / Bonus is generous and based upon project performance.

      Work can be challenging then you have a lot of responsibility on your shoulders
