Pros

Grown-up benefits in a small company. Four weeks vacation for all, whether it’s your first year or 30th, all are entitled to 4 weeks vacation. Free lunch every Friday on the company and it’s not your standard pizza. We have a diverse employee population and each week an employee name is drawn to coordinate lunch and decide what we are having.

Cons

So much to do, so there is great opportunity to jump-in and add value in multiple areas. The President and managers are always open to suggestions on how to improve or even just new ways of doing things. I noticed other feedback, and unfortunately RBR was not the right place for all. In general, I have observed that if you are competent and confident, you have great professional success at RBR.

Pros

Progressive company that truly cares about their people. This usually seems like lip service, but I can attest first hand that RBR goes above and beyond for its employees to find success. Competitive compensation including a great benefits package, quarterly bonuses, free catered lunches on Friday, fitness reimbursement and a myriad of other things that get sprinkled in throughout the year. Plenty of PTO, sick days, mental health days, socials, etc.

Cons

Fast paced Feels like a startup at times lacking mature business processes, though quite normal for a company that is growing so quickly Company is focused heavily on RaD and less towards operations

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience working with us. We're happy to hear that you had a positive experience at RBR and that you felt how much we value our employees. We appreciate your feedback regarding automation technology and improving our operations. As a growing company, we understand the importance of having mature business processes in place to ensure that our operations run smoothly. We are happy to report that we are nearing the end of our ERP implementation, which will help us address some of the challenges you mentioned. In terms of R&D, this is an important part of our company's mission and something that we are passionate about. However, we also recognize the importance of balancing R&D with a focus on day-to-day operations. That's why we are committed to continuously improving our business processes and exploring new ways to streamline our operations. Once again, thank you for your feedback and for your contribution to our team. We wish you all the best in your career! -RBR HR
