Pros

Above average salaries Pay 100% of major medical for all employees Provide first $500 to your HSA spending account on an annual basis

Cons

No matter your title, ONE person runs the show. They say they are diverse because of the huge asian business they do, but the reality is, that is the ONLY diversity they have, so their numbers are skewed. Average tenure for an employee is 1 year.....that should tell you all you need to know.

Pros

Remote work, some co-workers are nice

Cons

Low pay, bad management, bait and switch benefits. This place is a sinking ship. They've had multiple rounds of layoffs this year alone. It is completely leaderless since the death of their founder (Google Steve Schnall motorcycle accident). The vacuum he left has made it possible for a few inexperienced execs to make power grabs. The marketing team is run by a fragile ego who loves nothing more than the sound of his own voice and uses the marketing team to build his own PR and make cartoons of him (not a joke). The micromanagement is serious, while big management tasks are left undone. It's a smothering culture where ideas won't be heard and budgets are getting slashed. You'll get lured in with promises of bonuses that you'll be told have been suspended only after you come aboard. Oh, and the 401K doesn't vest for three years. They won't tell you that in advance either. Unsatisfying work, deteriorating environment, lack of opportunity for advancement.
