      Sketchy behind the scenes

      Pros

      There really are no pro's. Most people put on the fake, bubbly, super nice personality. So, don't slip up with what you say verbally or electronically.

      Cons

      Being in the processing/operations department, they promise internal promotion after 8 months of being there. Clearly, one must be a hard worker and meet qualifications, but from when I first started to when I quit, everyone I was either trained by or peers with was promoted within or at their 8 months. Being acknowledged for my work and meeting qualifications, when the chance came, not only did I not get the job, they gave it to person who had only worked there for 2.5-3 months max vs. my 8 months in the same position. For some reason they think doing department-oriented events or having food on specific days shows employee appreciation. The company culture is something that 's forced upon you, not something they embrace.I The one department they can't keep people at is Processing and it has a horrible micro-manager at its lead.

      We regret to hear you did not enjoy your time at QuickBridge. We take employee feedback and performance very seriously. We allow for open communication on a daily basis about performance and formally every quarter, and then again annually. These individual coaching sessions are set to discuss performance and expectations to ensure all employees are aware of their current performance and potential within the company. We do not have a set promotion date for any employee. Promotions are based on individual performance, not time in service. Regarding employee appreciation and company culture, we have received only positive feedback on our Free Food Friday program as well as the individual department and company events. Many of these employee appreciation events were developed as a result of direct employee feedback. We are always looking to improve, so we appreciate your feedback.

      Micro-Managers from HELL

      Pros

      If you are good at your sales job and don't let the CONSTANT micro-managing distract you, you can make a decent amount of money.

      Cons

      Sales department culture was toxic. Some managers were yellers and verbally abusive who likes to publicly humiliate people in front of a crowd. We are expected to work through our lunch period. They promote legal predatory lending. HR department employees seem unqualified for the job and are never in the office also filing any type of grievance was at your own risk!

      Part of an industry that's almost predatory lending, but legal Harsh Management, especially during Month End Frowned upon if you don't work during your lunch Monthly sales are volatile - Lots of Peaks and Valleys
