Pros
The company median age is 22-23 yo. Very, very light atmosphere. You have to really like IT to work something, at least a very few do.
Cons
There is a lack of competency at every level. I have not seen a company such as this with very little knowledge, from the technical to the management team. The so-called "seniors" in the company are people who have been with the company for a long time. Lack of respect for new employees and inability to grow.
