      Fast pace should be a cause for concern

      If you need a job, you can probably get one here. Staff turnover is high in this business, so there is a high acceptance rate.

      Cons

      “Fast pace” is often highlighted in past reviews - including what appear to be overly positive written by management 5-star reviews - as a selling point for the business. In reality, “fast pace” reflects a lack of adequate resources and staffing, rather than a well-optimised or efficient operation. For individuals seeking development, structure, and career building, this is not the company for you. If you're ok with just executing mind-numbing high-pressured work, join.

We're a growing business and, honestly, there are moments where demand outstrips resource, that's something we're actively working on, not something we'd want to paper over. We don't think that makes Quantum the right fit for everyone, and we'd rather people know that going in than feel misled. What we'd respectfully disagree with is the idea that there's no development or structure on offer. A number of our team have grown significantly within the business, and we're proud of that.       Great for Driven Graduates Who Want Real Responsibility

      Pros

      Given real responsibility from day one, including managing your own client portfolio and influencing revenue. It’s a fast-paced environment that builds strong commercial and transferable skills. Colleagues are supportive and great to work with. Good travel opportunities too, including international trips and client events.

      Cons

      Training on internal systems could be more structured and in depth for new starters.
