      -Friendly coworkers who form a tight bond -Decent work environment

      Cons

      -C-suite execs are clueless and that trickles down to the rest of upper management -Negative feelings and tension, anger and anxiety are a common emotion shared across the company -No clear goals or direction from management, no outlook or care -Focus exclusively on the technology departments and could care less about the rest of the infrastructure.

      Intelligent and helpful coworkers, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is nice and approachable.

      None, I've learned a lot during my time at Quantum while helping maintain their e-commerce platform.

      Okay work environment, friendly coworkers and boss if they stick around

      Cons

      Lay off without any hesitation. No employee retention efforts and willing to do anything to appease executive committee. Be careful who you make friends with, they can be two-faced.
