A complete waste of time. A career ending move to work here.

Pros

Management is incompetent to say the least. Anything goes including racism by the animals there.

Cons

Shady place with shady people. 401K did not reflect what was allocated. I was told to just log in and change it.

Nice building, location and espresso machine.

Cons

The place is run by a mentally unstable physicist. If you are a physicist, go for it as the only other option is academia. If you are an engineer, you are getting yourself into a company that its boss does not understand you but thinks it does. And that is the worst combination.
