This may not sound like a 'Pro' tip, but sometimes you need to take some positive out of the negative. The good thing about working for Quantum, or any other similar company, is that this will give you a career-learning experience. You're probably asking yourself 'what is the experience?'.... The answer is that this will show you how a company should not be run, all of the ways an employee shouldn't be treated, all of the ways a client shouldn't be treated, and the type of company that you do not want to work for!
Cons
Working at this place is a challenge in itself. Unfortunately, I really have nothing but negative things to share about this company. I assure you that my review absolutely has no personal relations involved, strictly business ethics involved.
