      Archaic, old boy's club stuff going on

      Pros

      Amiable at first. Feels very communal/startup-y. Ra ra ra. Benefits ok. Crappy travel management and expense system.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Very few women in leadership and the ones who are are in the "soft" positions. Had a horrible male leader and he bullied/bullies all the women on the team and it was enabled throughout leadership. People who were not white and men were consistently left off of key meetings and or excluded in obvious ways. no corporate credit card so if you travel, a lot of administrative work - no central place to manage and get paid quickly.

      Bad culture

      There are good at finding smart people and selling their dream.

      Cons

      A lot of ''talk'' about culture and values. All of that is untrue, the only thing the company cares about is making money and doesn't value their people. Be wary of the smoke in mirrors! The management team are only out for themselves.

      I'm really sorry to read your post. As you may know we've just completed the extensive, company-wide, Purpose, Vision and Values programme, inviting everyone to contribute to codify our culture. To launch our values, we've sent a wellbeing launch pack to every Quantexan worldwide. This is the very beginning of our journey and we have a lot more work planned. As an example today our extended leadership team will be working on how to ensure our values live and everyone can connect with our vision and purpose.       Good offices, nice people, good location

      Cons

      Company has no values and lies. takes on people they cant to give this false idea of growth, then made redundant countless of staff in the middle of a pandemic. (they also started making cuts before covid-19 due to over hiring).
