Liked the culture of the organization. Some time feels like a family.

Cons

Toxic work environment in some of the project. My manager keep threating to remove people from the projects convinently. Exploitation during weekends and after office hours if you have bad manager or lead. HR would't interfere despite of knowing exploitation.
