      Great line managers but restrictive culture from senior leadership

      Pros

      Excellent line manager who was supportive, knowledgeable, and invested in the team’s development. Good colleagues and a positive team environment on the ground.

      Cons

      Executive management style felt overly controlling and created a culture of micromanagement and fear. No remote working and limited flexibility made it difficult to work in a way that supports productivity and growth.
