1. The place is located close to the station 2. Breakfast is free of cost 3. Can learn how to have an affair with colleague, from CEO 4. Learn basics of computer like copy paste 5. Learn primitive traditional codes which no longer used in market

Cons

1. No benefits other than the air conditioner in the office 2. Fake awards and publicity via social media 3. No appreciation, and if asked for feedback threatened to fire from the job 4. HR is only there to fire and appoint employees

There are no pros only cons simply not worth.

Cons

underpaid will make you work like farmers bullocks will give u peanuts and make you work like bonded labor. simply copy paste work and debugging and TL 's are the worst, & bad negative environment will make your life hell .no positivity if have no option then only come here just to spoil your time.

Join if you are good at blindly copy-paste code and then debugging that code.

1) Your Debugging skills will get improved. 2) If you are working on any module for the first time; its a great learning opportunity for you. 3) Fun activities happens every month.

Cons

1) Lots of Repetitive work after a specific period. 2) No proper guidance from seniors since they are too busy finishing their own tasks. 3) The complexity of the task assigned to you is not calculated initially;when they realize it later then they get involved to help you.But then its too late and you will end up disappointed with your own performance. 4) Few managers don't even know how to manage a team/project work.They are more dependent on their TL's to do so. 5) Not a 5 days working policy[Alternate Saturday off]
