      Pros

      Fast-moving, challenging and fun environment, we combine hard work with social activities. You get a lot of personal freedom and responsibilities. There is no micro management.

      Cons

      Each company has their issues. Qred is dealing with growing issues, which don't have direct effect on everyone within a company.

      Pros

      Energetic and curious colleagues from several different countries and backgrounds. Clear long-term vision of next big goals. Many on-going new projects at the same time makes the days enjoyable and challenging. The company products enable small sized entrepreneurs to develop, which gives a great feeling of purpose. A warm atmosphere with a ”work hard, play hard” mentality permeating the offices, with many daily laughs.

      Cons

      The speedy changes may not be fitting for everyone - there are constant tweaks and news to tackle. The growth is huge and quick, and changes are part of the workday.

      Very nice people work in the company

      Cons

      The company has grown so fast that the leadership hasn't kept up with the growth. The founders are trying to lead the company at an operational level at the same time when they're saying they want to give employees more power. The result is a huge mess where no one knows who to listen to and there is a lack of clear strategies and roles.

      Thank you so much for your comment. Doubling the company five years in a row creates a lot of stress on the organisation. As a founder, it’s a big transition to move from doing everything yourself to having a complete team of experienced and senior managers running the day-to-day operations. That said, as a CEO, I’m still going to be operational and not only “work on the strategic level”. We’re not like the banks :) Emil
