Very efficient, great conversations and a very organised process overall.

Non that come to mind. I had a very enjoyable first conversation over zoom and the in person was welcoming, informative and efficient.

I really appreciate how QXi focuses on you as an individual. They take the time to understand how you fit into the team, while also making sure the role is the right fit for you. They go beyond the surface, looking at who you are, how you work, what you want to achieve, and how that aligns with the position and the company’s goals. The whole experience felt friendly and personable, while still being professional - it felt real. The onboarding so far has been clear and smooth, focusing on the key information and helping me get up to speed quickly.
