Overall QUT is a great place to work - good pay, inclusive culture, rewarding job, great perks, great leave entitlements.
Cons
Experience can depend on supervisor. It is very difficult to remove toxic or under performing staff, so the bad ones can stay around for a long time. Not all staff share QUTs values, though most do.
