      1. Flexible working place policy 2. Good financial incentives as Sales 3. Meritocracy: Regardless of your background, what truly matters are your contributions and your attitude 4. Industry knowledge, there are a lot of resources and people to learn from if you are curious and capable 5. The decision-making process is fast and from my experience managers work in transparency with their employees 6. 0% bureaucratic, compared to our competitors 7. Management is receptive to feedback and encourages innovative ideas, creating a stimulating work environment

      Cons

      The company fosters a strong culture and values: making things simple, fast-paced, action-oriented etc. For those who are looking for growth and challenges, this is an ideal environment. As a Sales, if you succeed and more importantly, "if you show that you want to succeed", you will become busy indeed! You might not count your working hours but the long-term benefits are worth the effort.

      Fantastic place to work

      Pros

      Since joining the team, I've had the pleasure of experiencing amazing camaraderie and a diverse work environment. QIMA's management places importance on their employees' work-life balance, as evidenced by the availability of flexible schedules and ample opportunities for growth. Additionally, the company offers outstanding compensation - including competitive pay, benefits, and other perks.

      Employees who stay there must not know there are better opportunities

      Pros

      -If you manage to get to a high ranking position, the experience in the company seems completely different (see cons). There is potential for high pay, flexibility, shares, etc.

      Cons

      -Recruitment process was long and convoluted. Final offer did not match the expectations laid out during the interview process. -Few benefits aside those that are mandatory in your country of residence. For example, the company advertises itself as a hybrid workplace for all, but in reality this depends entirely on your position and manager. -Pay is low. Gender pay disparity is evident as well. -Poor work / life balance. Many employees are working 12 hrs a day to keep up with responsibilities. -Work culture is toxic, people are always monitoring others and gossiping. -Constant threat of layoffs -Limited training, which consists of watching decade old videos over actual hands on training from your manager -Upper management full of megalomaniacs
