      respect for individuals, relaxed atmosphere, learning focus, friendly colleagues, subject matter experts eagerly sharing knowledge and experience

      Cons

      R&D not in touch with the field enough; conflicting policies or policies that are not fully supporting one another; worth investing more time to come up with more meaningful KPI's to drive the correct behavior

      QAD No More

      Pros

      The company culture had been so amazing. There was an era of learning, training, teamwork, and optimism. Our customers loved us and we provided a level of Customer Support and skill that was unlike any of our competition.

      Cons

      Over the past 10 years the company gave up on training and developing existing talent. The company was sold and the entire Support and maintenance experts where outsourced. It is QAD in name only and may not have a future under the current management group.

      Thank you for your service of over 20 years. I am very sorry to hear your role was impacted with our restructuring. We are restructuring to ultimately improve QAD and it has meant making some tough decisions and we do not take lightly the negative impact this has had on individuals.
