During the year and a half that I worked there, over 15 people left. That’s a huge percentage of a company of 40-75. Not all people resigned—some were fired—but it reveals the company weaknesses:
1) Leadership has no business or HR experience
2) Leadership also does not know how to lead. One person makes all decisions. When finger pointing occurs, blame flows down, not up.
3) So, employees do not feel consistently feel valued. They vote with their feet.
