Pros

Good benefits and remote work

Cons

Terrible management, all work pushed on payroll engineer, all blame pushed on payroll engineer, expected to be an expert in all systems with zero training, not allowed to take time off, no back ups, no work life balance, expected to work overtime daily if client is behind you cannot log out until all payrolls are done with zero help. Everyone quits within 3 months constant turnover. Stay away.

Pros

Remote and that is about all.

Cons

This is supposed to be about flexibility working from home but this is beyond that. You cannot take a vacation at all. There is no one that is capable of covering for you. Management is always taking times off. One manager since I have been here has taken at least 8 weeks off and I barely got a few days off. No one will cover for you because your work load is already to heavy. You have no down time at all to even attempt a vacation. Your anxiety is very high daily because you never know that is going to happen. Pay, sure they say they pay you at a descent rate but not for all of the stress you are under. Sleep do not even think about sleeping while you work here because it will literally haunt your dreams. People are dropping like flies and "management" cannot seem to understand why? I will tell you why. Lighten the loads, make the work more manageable for a single person to do. Sales, listen to what we are saying when we say that is IMPOSSIBLE to do but you still sell it and we are expected to figure out how to do it.
