Pros

Nice view from the office.

Cons

The use of nicknames to refer to people from the Middle East is common place amongst some in the company's C-Suite. So is talking about a female coworker's breasts. Issues with the company's product that are relevant to its bottom line are often under prioritised in favour of cosmetic features. Little attention is paid to customer feedback. Managers have little experience in the market the company is addressing. They make decisions regardless of not understanding the underlying concepts behind them. This leads to a company culture where issues are kept secret because it is hard to get them across to the management team.

Pros

A nice office with a nice view.

Cons

That’s what I’d call a textbook case of toxic culture: sexist and racist comments, whistling to female coworkers, micromanagement, zero trust in the team and zero feeling that you’re being listened to.

Pros

Some of overtimes are compensated.

Cons

Legacy code, all engineering forces are always dedicated to implementing new features rather than taking a time off and introducing some order into the codebase. Deadlines are being set without consulting with engineers first, which leads to burnout.
