Some of the managers are self-serving and dismissive. They will never provide the support you need and will create a psychologically unsafe environment where, if you ask a question or admit you do not know something, you will be insulted, scolded, and shouted at. The founders have unrealistic work expectations, and upper management will overwhelm you with work without providing any support or clear expectations. Managers also make sexist, derogatory, and ableist comments, and if you complain, you will be fired.
