      Interesting and diverse projects, friendly and supportive team, good work-life balance, and plenty of opportunities to grow professionally

      Pros

      High budget for office space, socials, etc. Very skilled artists, QA, sound designers etc. All asset creation incredibly high.

      Cons

      So much politics. So many "legacy" employees who have been there since the start on super high salaries who also are so unskilled that they panic when educated and experienced personnel actually comes along and then undermine their contributions to keep up appearances that they are still valuable. Toying around with people's employments, salaries, batch layoffs with disingenuous reasonings, promises of bonuses instead of pay raises.
