Pros

-You’ll work with some of the best clients in the industry and build lasting relationships -The company attracts incredible talent which makes the day-to-day work enjoyable -Fast-paced, hands-on experience -Nice perks (summer Fridays, swag/merch, etc.)

Cons

-Comp does not match the level of effort required -Long days, nights, and weekends are the norm, with burnout & turnover being veryyyy common -Career progression can feel influenced by internal relationships as much as performance so make friends with management if you can -Leadership quality varies, which can make the experience inconsistent depending on your team
