- Extortionate working hours for pay received - Huge amount of Unpaid training before you begin - Extreme laddish culture and unprofessionalism - Expected to come in for staff events or Saturday meetings despite 12 hours shifts Monday to Friday earning sub minimum wage if you aren’t meeting a ridiculous quota that is miss founded in faux mathematical or philosophical ideas of finding someone who will buy your selling point. - staff turnover so unbelievably high, they pretend to care about the individual but management knows they will be gone within a month, but it doesn’t matter as any sale made by an employer is an ongoing benefit to the business as it is a subscription model.
