      Good benefits, leaves, MC, increment and bonuses depends on favouritism and how late u stay

      Cons

      Cons outweigh the pros. Expect to have no life. Heavy workload, Old fashion management and systems. No WFH ever. Told to stay till late and comeback on weekends. No MCs unless you are dying. Does not matter how well u do.
