      Pros

      You will learn about technology, Ability to handle pressure, Client meetings.

      Cons

      Learning curve gets flattened after a year( don't stay more than that) If you have any other option then GO FOR IT! Extreme work timings. Here there is no ML team but the firm hires for ML engineers, the employees working here as MLE have No idea of ML, its cause those who hired them had no knowledge of ML too. ( just dont joing for ML)

      We have our ML team who work excellently and deliver projects within a timeline provided. You were definitely not a fit into the team, that's why you felt the ML team here has no knowledge. We are really sorry if you felt that management did not listen to you, we work very hard to make our team comfortable and work on understanding every problem which they face.

Yes, in our company, an average candidate finds difficulties in surviving, as we can't afford to invest our money in training candidates the very basics.
