      Pros

      Very warm and open team. I can confidently say the time I spent here I developed not only as a professional but as a person. The values of the company are ingrained in all aspects of day-to-day operations and members in leadership positions.

      Cons

      You have to be ready to work in a performance-based environment. You must be comfortable with constant face-to-face interaction.
