Pros

There absolutely no good things about this company.

Cons

Don't know where to start. Terrible, unethical, condescending, manipulative organization especially the McGrane brothers - that are horrible people. They use the same companies over and over again, all 3 of them expecting to keep landing new jobs.

Pros

Able to get people place even when economy was down. Had a nice company holiday party. Paid for many coffees, lunches, and happy hours.

Cons

Mid to low level staff aug firm. Have some great senior project managers. They take ridiculous margins and give you an even lower cut of the rate increases. I wouldn't even return ther phone calls after doing a2 year project with them. Absolutely worst firm of its kind in town!!!

Pros

No pros for this company besides one main person on the Operations team.

Cons

This company is quite toxic. They lack training for new hires and give you poor advice that sets you up for failure. You end up having anywhere from 5-8 different bosses that do not support you and will never have your back despite their comments that claim they do. They don't even tell you how to properly complete a time sheet based on their expectations, so when you complete to the best of your ability and its wrong you get to hear about it from 4 different people. (Example - movie Office Space - TPS reports - Memo). If you are a female, you are asked to wear makeup and have hair done to be presentable on camera. The president gaslights you to make you feel as if they want to help you become successful within the company and the industry, however has zero desire to see any success from you. The environment and office space is extremely toxic, where if you are not part of a founding clique within the company, you will get "pushed" against the locker just like in high school. Pretty classless group of individuals that work here, lacking tact. They also expect you to be available all the time on your personal time, yet they claim to promote work/life balance. This is NOT the case with PCG. When providing feedback, they make sure to make you feel like the smallest, most insignificant being on the planet. They typically start with telling you how good of a job you are doing, then they follow it with a but and then knock you down making you feel like you should have asked permission to use the restroom. When you try to fix and follow through on those feedback items, they continue to share other things you are doing wrong even though you are following exactly what they expected of you. This company, like many others, its purely based on if you are in the "in" crowd or whether or not the president or your 5-8 bosses like you. The level of expertise, commitment or even work provided that you bring does not have any weight into your success with the company. By far one of the worst companies to ever work for, especially if you want to be a toxic person and gaslight your coworkers and employees. Also by far one of the worst companies for treating employees. Each person still there is brainwashed into thinking you can treat your employees poorly, set them up for failure and that is OK. If you think this is OK then this is the company for you. Benefits are medium. They cost you quite a bit of your own money, but seems like large coverage. Required to pay for short term disability and life insurance. Pay is average. Hours, expected to be available 24/7, but only get paid for 40 if full time and will not get reimbursed for hours worked over 40 - so be careful to watch for this as this company is extremely slimy with hours. Projects are average and typically lack any sort of training. So you will be under a microscope with 5-8 bosses breathing down your neck and micromanaging any and all details. You will be asked to keep a log of your tasks either by the hour or by the week and required to submit them to one of your 8 bosses. Along with your boss will require daily or weekly check-ins, however they will make sure to reschedule your check-ins 4-5 times every day or week depending on the check in. They will not value or be considerate of your time. Along with not being considerate of your time, you are expected to still be available to the meetings despite their constant rescheduling. If you enjoy being micromanaged, this is definitely the company for you. Best piece of advice if you choose to work for this toxic company is don't even bother. However if you do - DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Strongly recommend recording meetings , download and print the emails, trust no one, remember no one is there to help you. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
