Toxic environment and low pay

- full timer didn’t bring home apron to wash ( the hygiene 0) - NO OT WILL BE GIVEN ( they rather give foreigner cause their OT IS CHEAPER ) -ALL FEMALE ( too toxic and too many gossip) -Co founder of the company have to work in the shop? - Manager of the store can’t handle anything but have to report every small tiny things to Co founder ( might as well ask the co founder to be the manager of the store right ) -Witnessed too much drama ( this girl talk about this girl and this and that …) oh my - Fruits cut into like baby food might as well use the blender - Cannot take photo of the SOP or any recipe basically they scare you still their recipe ( have to Rmb in your head , when you write in note book have to surrender ) - have to sign agreement form that after termination you cannot open a shop within 3 years that is doing the same business or related business??? - the co founder only listen to the manager and didn’t not listen to the voice of the staff over there and everyone have to suffer - manager in charge have bad management skills - everyone is foreigner and will look down on Singaporean.
