      1. You Will get salary o time.

      Cons

      1. Management is not good. 2. You will never get any better operchunity while working in progressive even if you have done everything like CCNA, CCNP, . 3. If you accept on your appreasal later than in your notice period one more month will be added and you will get maximum 10% increment. 4. They will never approved you any type leave if you can fight with your manager and leave management department then you leave may be they can approve. 5. Same problem you will face in everything
