You get paid for the time you work. It's a fulfilling job to help individuals that are intellectually and developmentally disabled.
Cons
Management are not proactive, do not listen, do not take take the ones that work in the field seriously when they give concerns, dismissive, say one thing and do another, basically lie.
Pay has improved. Management is listening to their employees more. They got rid of the horrible DON they had. The new VP of HR is amazing and goes above and beyond for the staff. PTO and paid sick time is a huge perk. Double time on holidays. They promote from within.
