      Free coffee. Free food also if you want to take a chance at getting food poisoning

      Cons

      The owner is a huge trump supporter so you have to put up with a lot of his like minded customers. You have to watch your checks every week because he's a schemer. You have to deal with fruit flies in your face all day. We only the cheapest beans so you have to lie and say it's from many different regions. You'll only ever make minimum wage.
