Pay is terrible, management is terrible, treat employees horrible, have no appreciation for there teachers, director has been switched 7 times within a year, not worth the pay

Unfortunately, as with most preschools, this one is trying to be too many things. The company keeps things secret from their employees that directly affect the quality of care. For example, a new Director and Assistant director were brought onboard with absolutely ZERO communication to the staff or families. Also, the company charges more than any other daycare in the area but then upcharges for things like snowcones, pizza lunches, popsicles...
