Pros
It's hard to come up with Pros. I'm sure the software developers have different opinions. They are paid well due to the stress they undertake. HR does her best to make it worth while. Unfortunately that's not the be all end all. Company is going down hill, there is no reason to sugar coat it. I suspect layoffs if sales don't pick up. Many people are scared and bored, it's quite apparent.
Cons
You don't matter unless you're a department head. If ProcessPro weren't located close to my house, I would have left already. Location is convenient. I'd get paid much better in Minneapolis. The building is secluded but it's going to be in the heart of St. Cloud as they're starting to build around it. So few windows in the building that the location doesn't matter. Not that I care anyway. You better be sure you put in your 45+ hours a week though. Despite the claims it is NOT family run. "Owned" is correct. The daycare is super expensive. You'd think the way the website makes it out that it would be free. Not even close. Significant portion of my gross income. I don't understand why some say it's "flexible", I've yet to see it, except as the other reviewer pointed out, a couple people come 20-30 minutes late everyday. I do the same thing I did as when I started. Standard hours. No deviating from day to day duties. Monday's are a grind. So is Tuesday through Friday. I don't expect it to be different but I don't agree with the claims of "flexibility". I don't have the option to work from home or take a half days. If I'm late or if I leave early I have to use my time off. One of the other reviewers was trying to make it look and sound better than it is. Hitting on key phrases most people like to hear such as "Open Door Policy", "Flexible", "Good Location"...etc. Don't believe everything you see on the internet.
