Keeping Looking or Stay Where You Are!!!

The employees are wonderful. They are a dedicated group of individuals that will do anything to help a fellow co-worker. The benefits are amazing. Free medical for you and your family. Dental, vision, 401K annual bonus, and even a holiday bonus!
Cons
I gave one star because zero stars was not an option. If you are considering a leadership role, RUN don't walk! You have little to no say in staffing decisions including hiring, performance management, and termination. The two owners think no one is as smart, talented, or experienced as they are. Even day to day decisions cannot be made without the owner’s permission. You will not be able to make a decision...ever. AND if you do be prepared to get the third degree and answer who signed off on this. You will be told, yes, you know whatever industry you came from but you don’t know ProcessMAP. You will be belittled and spoken to like a child or at best a special needs adult. And while you are unable to make any decisions, you will be taken to the woodshed on why you do not take the initiative and make things happen. You will also have to provide detailed reports on what you and your team are doing every day all day. You will spend you days, nights and weekends trying to figure out how to implement changes to make the company better (after all this is not a 9-5 job). You will create reports, presentations, have meetings, send follow-up’s only to see nothing happen. To sum it up, this is a very top down micromanaged culture. If you are good at simply waiting for orders and following directions, you will flourish here. If you are a hands off leader that believes in your people and lets them work, this is not the company for you. Oh, and most of the positive reviews you see here are fake.
