Too many to name here. The problems start with the inept, good ole boy style of ownership and management. Nobody in the room can articulate exactly what they do, only that "they are owned by Jerry Jones and we can get you into a cowboys game!". They changed their name from Environ partners to "ProStar Energy" to try and outrun their awful customer and employee reviews, however its the exact same people in the room. Racist and Homophobic banter are the norm here. I honestly cannot believe the Jones' family would attach their name to this group. But I guess that doesn't really surprise me at the end of the day.
