Pros

They just offer higher salary and better benefits compared to other companies. I'm lucky to be working with a good client as well. That's all.

Cons

I was told that this company has been in the industry for 7 years already, but the HR management still acts like a start-up company. Employee engagement is extremely low. Recently they sent out an RSVP regarding a year-end party in Shangri-La but then after a week they changed it to an office party. Is that even normal for a corporate event? sending out details that are not yet even finalized? They also don't have any other team-building activities. or any other organized event that makes you feel like a corporate employee. The culture that they advertise is very different from the culture that they have. If you're looking for a company that gives importance to employee engagement, then this company is not for you.

Pros

- What I like about ProSource BPO is the way how they treat their employees. Executive, HR, Admin, and IT Department are very responsive. - What I like about the Open Door Policy is you can literally talk to the CEO of the company without any hesitation because you will be treated a friend and fairly - Compensation and Benefits are given and no questions because they have what other companies don't - When I was hired, the recruitment told you the expectations rightaway so it was an amazing recruitment process experience because you're not going to waste your time while waiting through out the process just for you to ask some compensation and other benefits question. - Work Life Balance, one of the things that I like about the company. It is easy to file Leave Request, OT, etc. - They will provide equipment like computers and other peripherals, but what's more awesome is that if you have issues, they will immediately replace it within the day and company will shoulder the delivery fee Honestly, I feel ashamed because they never ignore my request like communication reimbursement, and other out of the box requests. I mean, they are so very generous I know that this is one of the best BPO companies in the Philippines and I can tell since came from different companies, from BPO/Contact Center, and Software company and I think and I can proudly say the ProSource BPO is a company of choice and that's not a question. It is not a typical BPO company. Just to share you my experience before I joined in this company, I was praying to God if there's something or any job that can help me to suffice all the needs of my family, when I got call and got hired, it was a life changing event in my life because it literaly helps me in all aspects. - I was able to continue my MBA dream - I now have the courage to get a housing loan - My son transffered to a reputable school here in our community - My daughter is now having 3times a week therapy from 1 since I can now afford to pay for the occupational and speech therapy with all that, if you love your family and yourself, ProSource BPO is the best Organization. Im not sugar coating, because it is a reality in me, and I can testify. The good thing is, I was able to invite more than 10 employees that are now my colleagues and they can even testify that ProSource is a life-changing company

None, Im not bias. It is reality because lots of my previous colleagues wants to join us

Pros

Above average pay and great benefits-you can have 2 HMO dependents + high MBL. You get a Macbook + second monitor which is cool. Supportive HR - they are responsive and really care about your concerns. People complaining about the lack of events/team buildings should look for their fun somewhere else, for me as long as I get paid on time and my HR-related concerns are addressed then I'm happy. CEO seems to be a cool guy. Exposure to best work practices/processes via client--I've learned so much in just a little over a year compared to my previous work.

Cons

It could just be the client I'm assigned to, but yearly increases and performance bonuses seem to be non-existent. Hard work isn't rewarded. And it isn't for lack of trying--I've raised this to my direct manager (client, not Prosource) but got crickets. It seems like clients don't really care about their PH counterparts.
