      Terribly unethical Leadership! At the top level.CEO, CFO, HR SVP.

      Pros

      Co-workers, Great people trying to earn a fair living and keep the company profitable. Smart and capable.

      Cons

      Highly charged political environment.' Good ole boy network'. None of the CEO or his team communicate honestly. They take care of the executive suite only. Mis-represent the 'truth' about quality and level on contribution to companies growth by other departments or teams. At the sale of Pro build to BFS, CEO granted HUGE retention bonus's given to CEO, CFO, SVP HR and others in executive team. None to employees that keep the lights on.

      Pros

      The people are willing to add their skills and grow the company. The enthusiasm is strong and the challenges are real.

      Cons

      The new owners, Builders first source, don't see the need for this new technology called the internet, are regressing the company back to typewriters, fax machines and rotary telephones. They won't see this review.

      Pros

      The only good thing about this company is you get benefits and 401 K.

      Cons

      Dixieline Lumber Co. is a very unprofessional place to work. You are basically just a number to them. There computer system is from 1913. The Managements lack of communication, and the lack of training employees correctly is the reason why I no longer work there anymore. There's a lot of favoritism and I can see why there is a very high turn over.
