      Pros

      One on one relationship with architects that have 20years+ experience. There is a lot of room for challenging growth which would help shape one into becoming a better designer and thinker. Experience in the field is also another key advantage; a lot of site visits and site analysis.

      Cons

      Gets boring sometimes because of repetition.
