Were do I begin!!!!!! Having read all of the previous reviews I must agree wholeheartedly with all negative, but in my opinion honest comments. - I can confirm that NO specific training and or induction is delivered to new staff. A manual is provided to new employees and they are told to read it; after reading it, they are expected to know exactly what to do in varying situations. If you ask for help you are again referred to the manual and told in no uncertain terms to work it out and find the answer. This is the manual that is being modified if the day ends in Y. - The other thing that constantly happens in this company is pointless, aimless, unstructured, self-absorbed and what feels like endless meetings where staff are spoken at and told how badly they are performing. These meetings are nothing more than a showcase for the MD to philosophise about complete and utter nonsense that has no direct impact on morale, performance or team development; in fact it serves as nothing else that a waste of time and a demotivator. - The company lacks direction from the leader and is only kept afloat by the hard work of the sales and admin teams. If it wasn't for their dedication and effort I believe the company would fail. The performance of the team is worse when the MD is in the office because he creates nothing more than a negative atmosphere. Unfortunately he is lacking in the skills needed to communicate, motivate, engage, develop and trust his staff. - I believe that the MD communicates in a way that is inappropriate, childish, arrogant and sometimes even aggressive. He is unable to take important decisions and procrastinates for days and sometimes weeks until the decisions are left to others. On numerous occasions he has made errors and blamed others for his poor execution of work tasks. - Having worked within a service environment for many years i believe that customers are loyal if they are treated fairly, with respect and communicate to honestly and with integrity. The MD would often tell staff that customer service was not important and the only thing that really mattered was making as much profit as possible, regardless of how the customer felt. This meant that on more than a few occasions customers were poorly treated and left frustrated by Pro - Servo - I have said that the only pro to working at this company is the staff and the atmosphere that they create. Having said this the attrition rate at this company is extremely high and during my employment a number of people walked out without giving notice. I can only assume that this was because they were fed up with the way they were being treated by the MD and were unable to work at a place like this any longer!!

Complete lack of team spirit. The manager and owner believes he is a sort of super cool God and that giving you a job means he can treat you as I please. I will constantly talk down to you. He will change mood rapidly and demand something a day to change it completely the other day. While there I saw many unfair dismissals, attempt to do not pay due commissions, people becoming literally ill, including myself. No work ethics, no training, disgraceful environment. A nightmare. A hell on hearth
