More importantly, no one talks at work, and there is a huge imbalanced of gender distribution, 90% female. Rigid management examples are reviewing your website browsing history, toilets access times per day, loud blaming in front of everyone. Huge micro-management, for example, all sales lead email has to CC your direct manager even you are at managerial position, note-taking review, spy telephone conversation. Indeed, there are a lot of bad mouthing going on at work. Highly not recommended!
