Priorities ABA Response

We agree this is a great job that is challenging and rewarding. We absolutely need and welcome feedback to help us grow. We wish you well in your career.
This review is confusing/concerning. We prioritize safety for our clients and staff above all else. Safety is critical to creating an environment where growth and learning are possible. We agree that our schedules are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of staff, but we do take off all major holidays. Our pay is competitive and we regularly review all staff for pay adjustments.
Very kind people that I feel really care about their clients
Cons
It can be hard to keep clients especially with all the ABA companies or ETS moves. It can be hard to get another client as well. So you can be out of work for weeks on end until you get a client.
