Pros

None to share at the moment

Cons

Allowed an unauthorized occupant to post a video of me supporting fair housing and not talking about a lease with them to remain on premises after harassing not only my self, but also my family. The video said unauthorized occupant posted went vira and 80,000 viewers saw it and many commented. Now, because I have resigned, they turned off my power. I have two small children and am a single Mom and worked very hard for this company. They filed an eviction on me after the owner granted me permission to stay longer. They never hired a manger to replace the one they let go when I was hired as a leasing agent, so I did the work of a property manager as well as a leasing agent, without reviving additional compensation. This place is not only shady with regards to applicant screening and the circumvention of possible fair housing, but also in my opinion careless of its employees.

Pros

Decent pay. Free food. Little gifts. Small bonuses.

Cons

Cheap. Don't care about residents. Wouldn't buy parts. Deplorable condition of apartment community. Asked to basically play God for below industry average pay. Asked to take on call every other week for only $35/week. It wouldn't ring much which almost made it even more inconvenient because you made no extra money really to be on call half the time.

Pros

Going home at the end of the day, some of the Residents. I rated the Company with one star because I couldn’t leave it blank.

Cons

The most inadequate, inept training I’ve ever experienced. Working under a shady, manipulative Area Director. The powers that be apply Fair Housing Laws only as it suits them.
