Cons
They don't hire gays and if they accidentally do hire one their days are numbered once found out. I was fired 6 months after letting a pronoun slip when talking about my fiance. I had worked for a year with no corrective action and was one of only 2 employees to get a raise that year. Then suddenly I was being written up every 3 weeks for doing my job the same as I has always done.
