High flexibility in terms of remote working as global time zones may require early start. Lots of space for independant contributions and process improvement

Cons

Change occurring more frequently in attempt to keep up with the changing marketplace, business demand and the cost burden so much so impact to productivity and motivation has become compromised

Flexibility is huge benefit, especially now when everyone is forcing people back to offices, we remain remote. Benefits package is good too, opportunities to work on various projects, implementations.

Cons

Many corporate maneuvers creating admin and politics, lack of innovation and career opportunities.
