Pros

- Remote Job - Morning Office Hours

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience here. During training, the staff are not very welcoming and seem to assume that you should already be familiar with the company's products and operations based on the numerous online trainings. If you don't pass the evaluation, they imply that since you were hired for that position, you should already know everything. But what can you expect from someone who has only been with the company for a month? There's no room for second chances here. I made a small mistake, and she was yelling at me over the phone. Whenever I make a mistake, instead of receiving encouragement, she just shouts and tells me I should know better by now. I know it's been years since I've been in this company, but it is a terrible experience and left me traumatized.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us - we’re truly sorry to hear that your time at PriceLabs felt this way. As a product-focused organization, we place strong emphasis on our team's understanding of the product we offer. To support this, we’ve designed a dedicated three-week onboarding program to help new team members build that familiarity and confidence. That said, what you’ve described, especially feeling unsupported or being spoken to harshly, is not the experience we want anyone to have. There is no place for someone being yelled at or not given a fair chance to learn, and we take this very seriously. We will look into this and work on addressing any gaps. We truly appreciate you sharing this - it helps us reflect and improve. Wishing you all the very best ahead. Warm regards, Team PriceLabs

Pros

The company is filled with talented and smart people working on a great product that shows when customers talk really highly of it. Not just that, the people are really great, smart and have created a really healthy remote-first culture which allows you to invest time in your own life. There are a ton of pros to list so this list may be too short. All in all, if you're getting an offer from PriceLabs, go for it!

Cons

No Cons as such. The feedback system is great and they genuinely are passionate about customer service which is evident in their being

Pros

Working from home Good HR and directive team

Cons

Bad managers, at least in my team Gatekeeping as well, as there are more and more tasks and goals added in order to be promoted as time goes by, and the rules are applied arbitrarily as well. Said rules don't make a lot of sense either, but be aware that once you make any kind of constructive criticism, not only will this be in vain, but management tends to take it personally. They talk a lot about being honest, but in my experience, I don't believe opinions are well-received. Salary is on the low end The schedule is rather bad, often having to work on weekends, or 6 days in a row with a comp off day in the middle of the week, instead of the normal 2 off days in a row. So that you can work 6 days in a row, have 1 day off, and then work again for example.
